Kakao is the most attractive firm among recent university graduates in South Korea, a survey has found. According to a survey of 1,616 graduates conducted by the job search site Job Korea, the IT firm Kakao was the most popular company among job-seeking graduates, selected by 17.9% of respondents. Naver, another IT firm, came in second place by winning over 15.1% of respondents, followed by CJ CheilJedang with 12.8%, Samsung Electronics with 12.5%, the Korea Electric Power Corporation with 9.5%, and LG Electronics with 6.6%. Although an IT firm, Kakao was especially popular among humanities majors, winning over 22.3% of them.
