[%%IMAGE1%%]<p>LG Electronics and Hyundai Motor have teamed up to unveil their concept of the future of vehicle interiors. On Sept. 24, the South Korean technology giant and automaker revealed their Ioniq Concept Cabin, a model for a car interior that allows passengers to view a ceiling-mounted adjustable TV, make themselves coffee, enjoy beverages from a minibar, dry their shoes, and even smooth out the wrinkles in their clothes – an attempt to put some of the comforts and conveniences of home into a car. The cabin is a preview of what may be in store for cars of the future. Hyundai plans on applying the sleek, upgraded interior model to its Ioniq 5 electric vehicle (EV), which is scheduled for launch sometime in early 2021.
