President Roh Moo-hyun stands at the mouth of the labyrinth of ‘uprooting government-owned companies’ corruption’, satisfied at what he reads below the arrow pointing him forward: "Targets to consolidate and improve." However, Roh interprets this incorrectly as support for his new restructuring of the media’s access to government offices. On the other side of the maze, corrupt officials from government-owned companies remain safely hidden.
