In the lower panel, a police officer and National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent entrap a citizen through packet eavesdropping and say in unison, “We should examine all of this citizen’s information!” A citizen stands in front of them in the comprehensive criminal justice information system, which has led controversy over whether governmental authorities are engaging in excessive surveillance.
