Rocking out in autumn

Following two major rock festivals, Jisan Valley and Pentaport, three South Korean rock festivals are scheduled for autumn.

Around 30 top bands are expected to participate at the Let’s Rock Festival in Nanji Zone of Han River Citizen Park on Sep. 25-26. They include Kim Chang Wan Band, Boohwal, YB and 015B that will take the rock music stage in 20 years since its debut(letsrock.co.kr).

The fourth Gap Born To Rock Concert opens at the Live House AX - KOREA in Seoul on Sep.17. The audience can see Jang Ki Ha and the Faces and Galaxy Express (gapconcert.com).

The Ssamzie Sound Festival, the pride of South Korean rock festivals, will be transformed into the Ssamzie Organic Sound Festival at the Namyangju Sports & Culture Center playground on Oct. 2.

It has joined hands with the 17th IFOAM OWC at Namyangju Film Studios in the Paldang Region of Gyeonggi Province, Sept. 26 to Oct. 5. (ssamziesoundfestival.com)
