[Photo] Hyoseok Cultural Festival opens in Pyeongchang

On Sept. 2, a festival celebrating popular Korean novelist Lee Hyo-seok will open in the author’s hometown of Pyeongchang. The festival offers visitors a chance to learn about Mr. Lee’s novels, including, “When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom,” which emphasizes the connection between human life and the surrounding nature.
