A member of the Civilian Alliance Against the Redeployment of Troops to Afghanistan sits in a police vehicle following his arrest in Seoul’s Gwangwhamun Plaza, and holds up a sign with a picture of U.S. President Barak Obama to the window that reads, “Yes You Can Stop the War in Afghanistan,” Nov. 18.

President Obama was expected to arrive in South Korea later that evening for a summit scheduled the next day. Obama’s stop in South Korea is at the end of his four-nation tour through Asia.
