An artist’s collective based in North Chungcheong Province, South Korea, has set up art an installation in Vietnam’s Phu Yen Province, where over 1,800 civilians were massacred by South Korean troops during the Vietnam War. The artist’s collective and Phu Yen Province have been engaged in cultural and arts exchange since 2004. The installation, shaped like half of a soccer ball, depicts images of peace and nature.
