South Korean rescue team dispatched to Budapest, Hungary, for a search and rescue mission of the victims of the tragic boat sinking in the Danube River. On May 29, a river cruise boat carrying 33 South Korean tourists crashed and sank. The South Korean rescue team managed to recover the remains of almost all the victims’ remains, with the tragic exception of one. Upon returning to South Korea, the rescue team held a press conference at the Central Government Complex Sejong on Aug. 13, where they expressed their frustration with being unable to recover all the victims.
