South Korean and US have shut down one of the largest dark web providers of child pornography, the South Korean Justice Ministry announced on Oct. 16. Among the site’s 310 members who possessed child pornography, 223 were South Korean nationals, a whopping 72%. South Korean and US authorities cooperated with investigative bodies from 32 countries to shut down the site “Welcome to Video.”
