The Sewol ferry on shore at the port in Mokpo, South Jeolla Province, Apr. 6. After being raised, the ferry was brought by ship to Mokpo. The ferry weighs more than 14,600 tons and was moved using 480 module transporters, each weighing 40 tons. Because the ferry is heavier than expected, they weren’t able to fully move it onto land. The plan was to move it on Apr. 5, which was postponed to Apr. 7, and now postponed again to Apr. 10. (by Shin So-young, staff photographer)
