Chung, who won the 2017 ATP Next Gen Finals, became the first Korean tennis player to reach the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam event. Following his victory, Chung told reporters, “I don’t know how I did that.  I’m just trying to copy Novak, because he’s my idol.
