A member of the Democratic Party who grabbed the arm of then Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn during a visit to the grounds of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system in Seongju, North Gyeongsang Province, has been convicted of obstructing the execution of public duties and ordered to pay a fine of 5 million won (US$4,469).
