[%%IMAGE1%%]<p>  The Seoul Metropolitan Government is setting up facilities throughout the city that collect rainwater and convert it into usable water. Rainwater conventionally runs along urban gutters into underground sewer systems. However, under the new system, the rainwater will be collected and reused, thereby reducing waste. The city has built 10 facilities throughout the past three years and will be setting up three more. The water will be recycled and used cleaning or gardening purposes.
