South Korean short track speed skating coach Cho Jae-beom, who has been sentenced to prison for one year and six months for physically abusing national short track skaters, has had additional charges filed against him regarding the sexual assault of Olympic gold medalist Shim Suk-hee. The new charges are tied to laws regarding the sexual abuse of minors.
