To help prevent further spread of the novel coronavirus, the Seoul Metropolitan Government of Seoul has expanded its list of locations where demonstrations or mass gatherings are prohibited. As of Feb. 26, prohibited locations now comprise the area stretching from the Blue House to Jongno 1-Ga in downtown Seoul. Before, the city had prohibited demonstrations in Gwanghwamun Square, Cheonggyecheon Plaza, and Seoul Plaza. Several anti-Moon demonstrators, however, have defied the demonstration ban, as seen in the photo, which was taken on Feb. 23.
