A member of the group Youth Climate Emergency Action announced climate policy proposals Thursday in front of Seoul City Hall while dressed in a dinosaur costume as "Kim Dinosaur" (Gong-ryong), a fictional candidate for the Seoul mayoral by-election. The members also called for energy independence, sustainable food production, adopting veganism, more accessible public transportation, and better welfare, education and employment policies.
