South and North Korea are scheduled to hold high-level talks to work out the details of measures for implementing the September Pyongyang Joint Declaration at the House of Peace in Panmunjom on Oct. 15. The date and location of the talks was announced by the Ministry of Unification in a press release on Oct. 12. Additionally, the two sides are expected to negotiate the details for further talks in various areas.
