[%%IMAGE1%%]<p>  On Sept. 21, construction was officially completed on the Sokcho international cruise terminal in Gangwon Province.  The three story structure, which cost 37.3 billion won (US$32.7 milllion) to build, will be ready to open by December, and can host 100,000 ton cruise ships.  Plans call for modifications to the site that will allow it to host 160,000 ton ships by next August, and 220,000 ton ships by 2020.  (provided by Gangwon-do Provincial Government)</p>
