Overseas artists who had been scheduled to perform in South Korea are canceling concerts amid the current novel coronavirus outbreak. US singer-songwriter Ruel, 18, had been scheduled to perform in South Korea on Feb. 27, but announced on Feb. 20 that the performance had been postponed until Sept. 18. US R&B singer Khalid was scheduled to perform in South Korea on Apr. 9, but the concert has been postponed indefinitely. Khalid has postponed other tours throughout the Asia region. British rapper Stormzy postponed his Asian tour from March to November. South Korean artists are also canceling or postponing overseas tours. K-pop group (G)I-dle has indefinitely postponed a concert scheduled for Apr. 4 in Bangkok. The group Seventeen has canceled its world tour, which had been scheduled to kick off on Apr. 4.
