On Mar. 9, a day before the ninth anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster, environmental groups and activists gathered on the steps of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts to renounce the Japanese government’s plan to dump contaminated radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean.
