The Korea Meteorological Agency forecasts that the country will see rainfall early Wednesday morning, starting in the Jeolla and Jeju areas and making its way up through Chuncheong and Gyeongsang before petering out by that evening, putting air quality back in the “good” to “fair” range nationwide.
