BTS walked away with four awards, including Best Pop Artist, at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards held in Budapest, Hungary.

The group took home trophies for the Best Pop Artist, Best K-pop, Best Group and Biggest Fans categories. BTS won the most awards of the night.

The award ceremony was held virtually last year due to the pandemic but was held in person this year. As its members are currently in South Korea, BTS did not attend the award ceremony in person.

Other winners that night included Lil Nas X, the artist behind the hit song “Montero,” who won Best Music Video while Ed Sheeran took home the trophies for Best Artist and Best Pop thanks to his latest hit “Bad Habits.”
