A traditional dance is performed in front of the Culture Station Seoul 284 to commemorate the opening of the station reborn as a culture complex with its original exterior after two years of restoration work, Aug. 9.

There are currently plans for a commemorative exhibition of Korean artists’ work to open on Aug. 11.

The restoration project of the station, designated historical site No. 284, began by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the state-run Korea Craft and Design Foundation (KCDF) in July 2009.
