Farmers wear cabbage on their heads during a protest at Seoul Plaza outside City Hall in central Seoul calling for a government guaranteed minimum price for rice, Nov. 22. Organizers said 12,000 farmers and supporters participated in the protest organized by the National Farmers Association; police estimated their numbers at 3,500.
