» Situational learning in lieu of the ilje gosa.

Third through fifth grade elementary school students and first and second year middle school students participate in situational learning at the Franciscan Education Center in Jeongdong neighborhood, March 9, the day of the ilje gosa, the nationwide scholastic achievement assessment.

The situational learning event was hosted by the Parents Association Against the Ilje Gosa and is an indicator of the prediction serious conflict between the Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MEST) and parents associations and the Korean Teachers and Education Workers’ Union (KTU, Jeon Gyo Jo) that is expected to continue this year.
